Area/Multi-Site/People & Performance Manager required for leading advanced skincare specialist.
You will be responsible for managing the Gold Coast, Northern NSW & Regional Qld sites with the potential of increase in sites as the business continue to expand. The purpose of this role will be to lead, mentor and inspire a team creating a great place to work while achieving set targets.
The role will involve but will not be limited to;
- People & performance management, safety, health & wellbeing,
- Reviewing and driving exceptional customer experience,
- Leadership - coaching, developing and mentoring,
- Training & Developing staff,
- Product and Treatment review and management,
- Marketing, product development,

What Are We Looking For?
- Experience as an Area/Multi-Site Manager within Skincare/Cosmetics or the Beauty industry.
- Strong people management experience with emphasis on coaching and mentoring rather than training.
